Lani Kidman is a holistic stress management counselor and therapist. Her practice includes Guided Imagery and Acupressure, Therapeutic Massage, and Flower Essence Therapy. She focuses on the whole person mind, body, and spirit to reduce stress blockages and allow for deeper relaxation.
"Life will always present stressful situations. During my counseling training it was discussed that we experience up to 52 life changing events. These events include birth, death, marriage, career, lose of job, personal and family relations, community and cultural diversity just to name a few. How we manage our stress during these events will help us stay healthy and will have a large impact on family and work outcomes. I've spent over twenty years of study and practice working with the individual to address their need to reduce stress and increase relaxation."
Lani has an associates degree as a Recovery Counselor, a certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner, and a Flower Essence Therapist. Per request she records guided imagery sessions for the individual and is available to for Tele-sessions.
